We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the hotel being just next to the railway and close to the metro. It was also conveniently located near Tegel airport, with easy access through public transport. The breakfast provided at the hotel was of great quality and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out process efficient. the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The reception manager was helpful. Bright and comfortable foyer. Quiet room with air conditioning. Replenished tea and coffee, lovely bathroom products. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Good location, ideal public transport access.

excellent food, hip new hotel, perfect location near the beautiful central park. the staff were all funny, responsive. i had bright room with exceptionally comfortable bed, i liked it. the early check-in too. plus their wifi was good.

Comfortable and cozy room with a nice view of the train tracks. Superb breakfast quality. Perfect location on a shopping street with convenient access to train and metro stations. Excellent and helpful staff. Good soundproofing.

The rooms were large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, perfect for guests with children. Working remotely in the room was a pleasure, and despite the nearby rail track, it was very quiet with excellent sleep quality. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was polite and the luggage room was secure.
Felt so at home, no complaints at all.

The location of this hotel is excellent; it is situated in the retail centre of town in West Berlin, making it a great area for walking around and exploring the city. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, making sure that all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a large balcony providing a view into the peaceful backyard. The amenities in the room are basic but sufficient, and the shower is lovely with plenty of hot water. Additionally, the TV in the room offers ample international channels to choose from.
The breakfast at this hotel can get quite busy, as it is included in the rate. It would be nice if they could offer more healthier options to cater to different dietary preferences.

The location was perfect, with convenient access to the metro stations and only a short walk from the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and even take day trips to Schonefeld airport and nearby towns. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern bath facilities and plenty of tea and coffee options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
It would have been nice to have a safety box in the room for our valuables.
